Thank you for reading this text about my financial approach. A thorough understanding of it is essential for this approach to fully work.
I offer all I do without a fixed price, choosing mutual gift and radical trust.
It is not free, because I am still mostly using monetary means to cater for my basic needs.
I ask you to contribute with the highest amount you can offer, without overstretching or resentment. I want to cover my own sustainability and keep my heart open to this approach.
This model allows me to make training, mediation, coaching, etc., accessible to all, including those with less resources, while also recognising my work. I support a maternal gift economy inspired by Nonviolent Communication, where resources flow toward needs. I am choosing this approach to contribute to the kind of resource flow system that I dream for the world.
I wish to offer this to others as an experiment in co-responsibility and sharing.
Workshops and other events
Let us make an example to clarify the approach.
Suppose there are 10-12 participants, in a two-day workshop, in a relatively better-off area of Europe (e.g. Munich or Zurich). The sustainability point would be for me to receive collectively between € 2,500 and € 6,000, or more, where each person would give according to one’s possibilities and the desire to support me as well as the other participants, and the final result would be similar to what other trainers that set a fixed price might receive.
If you need simplicity, and as many asked me, I choose to also provide an indicative range of individual contributions. This is an indication to be read in the frame of what I said above.
Indicatively, for each day of workshop the range of contributions would be:
- € 300–500 or more: for those who can and wish to support other participants
- € 200–300 for those who can contribute with relative ease
- € 100–200 for those with limited access to monetary resources.
Coaching and other individual accompaniment
In the case of coaching, individual accompaniment and other one-to-one sessions, the indicative range of contribution that I would like to receive for each session might be:
- €200 per session, or more, with no upper limit, for those who can and wish to support others
- €100 - €200 per session for those who can contribute with relative ease
- €50 - €100 per session for those with limited access to monetary resources.
Mediation and group facilitation

Please come to me even if you can't afford it ;-)
While I value reciprocity and recognition, I remain flexible:
- If you cannot contribute now, you may do so later, even after some time has passed, or
- You can pay in instalments.
- We can even explore non-monetary contributions.
If even the minimum is impossible for you, I still want you to participate and that you offer what you can, even nothing, without compromising your essential needs.
