You may know situations in which something truly matters to you—and yet you do not know how to say it without creating pressure, blame or withdrawal. Nonviolent Communication offers a practical path for expressing more clearly what is alive in us while remaining connected with the experience of the other person.
In the practice group, we combine short introductions with plenty of hands-on practice. We work with everyday situations brought by participants and practise, among other things, distinguishing observations from evaluations, recognising feelings and needs, making clear requests, and maintaining an empathic attitude even in difficult conversations. The programme is based on Lucy Leu’s handbook.
On 13 October 2026, from 19:15 to 21:15, there will be a free, no-obligation introductory evening.
The ongoing practice group begins on 20 October. It is still possible to attend this evening as a one-time trial; afterwards, the group will make a shared agreement about how to continue working together.
The group meets on Tuesdays from 19:15 to 21:15 until 16 February 2027.
There will be no meetings on 10 November, 24 November, 22 December, 29 December and 5 January.
Facilitator: Marco Bertaglia, CNVC Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication, coach, mediator and facilitator.
